Islamabad: Negotiations between the Pakistan government and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) remain at a deadlock.
Meanwhile, the PTI convoy from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, led by Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and Imran Khan’s wife, Bushra Bibi, is currently stationed at Chungi No. 26.
Security in Islamabad is on high alert as the city braces for the ongoing protests. Authorities have placed containers on roads in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, blocking key routes. Additionally, internet services in both cities have been suspended.
In preparation for PTI’s planned demonstration, educational institutions in the capital and Rawalpindi have been closed, and metro services have been halted.
