TELAVIV:Â On Thursday, buses carrying 110 Palestinian prisoners arrived in the West Bank city of Ramallah.
This phased agreement aims to end over 15 months of conflict in the coastal territory. After a prolonged delay, it halted the ongoing war that escalated tensions between Israel and Palestinian factions.
Celebrations in Ramallah as Prisoners Return
