Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi, and leaders of key Israeli security agencies, including Shin Bet Chief Ronen Bar, were among those asked to respond to the inquiry. Additionally, former prime ministers Yair Lapid and Naftali Bennett, along with Transportation Minister Miri Regev, were contacted.

Other notable figures include former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, National Security Council Chief Tzachi Hanegbi, former IDF Intelligence Chief Aharon Haliva, Southern Command and Gaza Division personnel, ex-Police Commissioner Yaakov Shabtai, and former Mossad Chief Yossi Cohen.

The list also includes National Security Council Chief Yaakov Amidror, along with former Defense Ministers Benny Gantz and Moshe “Bogie” Ya’alon, and ex-IDF Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot.

Ofer Rosenbaum, chair of the committee secretariat, urged public officials to reconsider establishing a politically-driven inquiry committee. He emphasized the importance of addressing the numerous claims raised by the Civil Inquiry, inviting officials to engage constructively and provide comprehensive responses to ensure accountability and transparency.

The list also includes National Security Council Chief Yaakov Amidror, along with former Defense Ministers Benny Gantz and Moshe “Bogie” Ya’alon, and ex-IDF Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot.
