Prachi Singh explained in her post that they had kept the tickets on their dining table, wrapped in a cover. On the day of the concert, they discovered the tickets were missing. Their housemaid admitted to throwing the tickets away while cleaning, unaware of their importance.
- Yesterday we got two Coldplay concert tickets and kept them on the dining table, Ms. Singh wrote. Today, while leaving, we couldn’t find the bands. Our maid said, ‘I threw them away during cleaning.

In a video shared by Ms. Singh, she is seen near garbage containers as sanitation workers help search for the missing tickets. She expressed gratitude towards the building staff for their efforts.
