LONDON: Video of the world’s tallest woman and shortest woman meeting for the first time has gone viral.
Guinness World Records shared a video of the meeting between India’s Jyoti Amge, the world’s shortest woman, and Turkey’s Rumeysa Gelgi, the world’s tallest woman, on Instagram.
The two women met in London, where they were seen spending time together and enjoying a cup of tea in a cheerful mood.
Upon meeting, Gelgi complimented Amge, saying, “You are very beautiful,” to which Amge responded by calling Gelgi “beautiful” as well.
Gelgi, who stands at 215.16 cm (7 feet 0.7 inches), faces difficulties walking due to her height and uses a wheelchair for mobility. Meanwhile, Amge, the world’s shortest woman, measures just 62.8 cm (2 feet 0.7 inches).
