Philadelphia: Police need help identifying suspects involved in a copper wire theft at Love Park on February 1, 2025.

At approximately 5:40 AM, surveillance cameras captured a suspect cutting a section of copper wire from the Portal Machine at 1501 JFK Blvd.

After taking the wire, three other individuals joined the suspect, placing it in a large green and yellow trash can.

Authorities are asking the public to assist in identifying these suspects through surveillance footage available on the Philadelphia Police YouTube channel.

If you recognize these individuals, do not approach them. Instead, call 911 or submit a tip at 215-686-TIPS (8477).

Theft 1501 JFK Blvd DC 25 09 013564

Central Detective Division is seeking the public"s help identifying the individuals seen in the following video clip. On February 1, 2025, at approximately 5:40am, suspect #1 was observed on surveillance cameras cutting a section of copper wire from the Portal Machine at Love Park, 1501 JFK Blvd.

Store Robbery Incident

Police are also searching for suspects involved in a robbery at a convenience store on 322 Ruscomb Street on February 20, 2025.

At 3:00 PM, a female customer refused to pay for food and left the store, prompting the owner to retrieve the items.

Shortly after, the woman returned with several males, leading to a physical altercation with the store owner.

During the fight, another suspect went behind the counter and stole cash from the register before all suspects fled.

The suspects are believed to live near the store and have been seen in the area before.

Robbery 322 W Ruscomb St DC 25 35 012618

The PPD Northwest Detective Division is attempting to identify the individuals responsible for this commercial strong-arm robbery. On February 20, 2025, at 322 Ruscomb at 3:00pm the complainant"s business was strong-arm robbed. The complainant reported to police he was working at his convenience store when a female customer refused to pay for a food order and walked out of the store.

Suspect Descriptions

  • Suspect #1: Black female, medium build, dressed in all black.
  • Suspect #2: Black male, tall, medium build.
  • Suspect #3: Black male, tall, slim build, with braids.
