SHENZHEN: In a unique initiative to encourage social interaction among its employees, a company in Shenzhen, China, has announced it will give bonuses to unmarried staff members who participate in dating through its online platform.
According to Chinese media reports, Insta360, a tech company, is offering a 66 yuan bonus to employees who introduce their single colleagues to potential partners from outside the company on its dating platform.
The company has further incentivized successful long-term connections. Employees who maintain their relationships for three months after meeting through the platform, along with their dating partners and the colleague who introduced them, will receive a 1,000 yuan reward.
