Missing Adults
The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting public assistance in locating missing adults from different districts.
Roy Burke, 56, was last seen on March 25, 2025, near Welsh Road and Colfax Street. He may have taken the Route 88 SEPTA bus.
Monique Lisbon, 59, disappeared from her home on West Indiana Avenue on June 24, 2023. Her daughter reported her missing.
Yatisa C. Mosely, 31, was last seen on March 15, 2025, on West Fisher Avenue. She has gold/gray dyed hair and brown eyes.
Missing Teenagers
Jamirah Lucas, 14, went missing on March 25, 2025, from West Champlost Avenue. She often visits North 11th Street.
Joshua Crippen, 16, disappeared on March 22, 2025, from North 29th Street. He is 5’9” with black hair and brown eyes.
Yaleem D. Byrd, 16, was last seen on March 23, 2025, on Uber Street. He wore a grey hoodie and Nike sneakers.
Devora Lopez-Romero, 17, disappeared on March 19, 2025, after leaving home. She attends Furness High School.
Aadil Garay, 14, was last seen on March 21, 2025, on E. Tulpehocken Street. He may be heading toward Dresher, PA.
Kierianna Rosa, 14, vanished from her Tampa Street home on March 10, 2025. She has red hair and brown eyes.
Ma’Niyah Hall, 17, was last seen on March 17, 2025, at her Percy Street home. She is 5’0” tall and weighs 240 lbs.
Miley Wainwright, 16, disappeared on February 2, 2025, from North Colorado Street. She was wearing a green coat.
Cashmere Brown, 12, was last seen leaving his Keiffer Street home on March 21, 2025. He wore a green Eagles hoodie.
Missing Juveniles
Samiyah Johnson-Grimes, 14, was last seen on March 20, 2025, on North Simpson Street. She often visits South Capital Street.
Harmony Butel, 13, went missing on March 21, 2025, from Grays Avenue. She may be near North Hicks Street.
Adam Argabrigh, 16, disappeared on March 22, 2025, from Bennington Street. He frequently uses the Market-Frankford Line.
Kaniyah Smith, 15, was last seen on March 22, 2025, on North 16th Street. She has a mole above her right eyebrow.
