40-year-old Richard Campbell was last seen on March 18, 2025, at 5:00 a.m. on East Upsal Street.
Campbell is 6’2”, 210 lbs., with a medium build and brown eyes. He was wearing blue pants and a red/blue long-sleeve shirt.

Authorities also need assistance in finding 14-year-old Zoey Jones, who disappeared on the same day.

Zoey was last seen on the 15XX block of Fairmount Avenue and frequently visits South Ithan Street.

16-year-old Adonis Felix went missing early morning on March 18, 2025, near 30XX block of N. Bambrey Street.
Felix is 6’1” tall, 260 lbs., and has a heavy build with black hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and a black-and-white winter hat.

39-year-old Joseph Myers has been missing since March 14, 2025.

Muhtadi is 5’3”, 100 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair. He often visits Point Breeze Avenue and Pierce Street.
