San José Police arrested five registered sex offenders for violating their legal registration requirements. The arrests occurred between February 28 and March 9, 2025. Investigators from the Megan’s Law Detail secured warrants for their arrests. Officers on patrol assisted in tracking and apprehending the suspects. The offenders were booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail.

Identified Suspects

Among those arrested were 45-year-old Richard Rocha and 65-year-old Jesse Gonzales, both residents of San José. The names of the other three offenders were not disclosed. Three of the arrested individuals fall under the “no post” category. This means their information is not publicly available on the Megan’s Law website.
