ALTOONA: A man is being questioned in Pennsylvania in relation to the fatal shooting of UnitedHealthcare CEO, sources tell CNN. Authorities apprehended the 26-year-old on Monday at a McDonald’s in Altoona after an employee recognized him from a New York Police Department photo and alerted local police.
The suspect was found with a firearm equipped with a suppressor similar to the one used in the New York homicide, according to law enforcement officials briefed on the case.
The suspect also possessed multiple fake IDs, including one believed to have been used by the killer in New York. Additionally, police discovered documents that might provide insights into the motive, though the specifics remain unclear. The man was taken into custody by Altoona police for further investigation.
