RAWALPINDI: The indictment of former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan and his wife, Bushra Bibi, in the ongoing Toshakhana two case has been delayed for a second time.
The session, held at Adiala Jail, was conducted by Accountability Court Judge Shahrukh Arjumand. Imran Khan attended the session, but Bushra Bibi was absent. Her legal representatives submitted a request for her exemption from attending, citing medical reasons, and assured the court she would be present at the next hearing.
Judge Arjumand issued a warning, stating that any future failure to appear could lead to the revocation of her bail and the forfeiture of her surety bonds. The court then adjourned the case until November 21 due to her absence.
