BAHAWALPUR: Five people have been found dead in a residential house on Shishmahi Canal Road in Bahawalpur, with a young girl discovered unconscious at the scene.
According to rescue officials, emergency teams arrived at the location and quickly transferred the bodies and the unconscious girl to the hospital for medical attention.
The victims, identified as a 40-year-old man, his wife, and their three sons (aged between 9 and 15), were all found with gunshot wounds. Authorities confirmed that blood was found near the bodies, indicating a violent incident.
The police are investigating the cause of the deaths, and preliminary reports suggest that all five individuals died from gunshot injuries. The condition of the girl remains critical as authorities continue to probe the incident.
